To honor your order, we need:

- Your street address (for billing purposes)
- Your phone number
- The amount of your order.
- The name of the recipient (First, Last)
- The address of delivery
- The phone number of the recipient
- The date of delivery (and specific time of day if necessary)optionel
- Reason for delivery (birthday, condolences…) so we can insert a card.
- The name you want to appear on the card

If you are ordering flowers to be placed on a grave at the Ardennes American Cemetery, 
please indicate the following:
- Name of recipient and grave emplacement data 
- Date of delivery
- Address of delivery as follows: “Ardennes American Cemetery, 4121 NEUPRE”

- If you require a ribbon or card, please indicate the text you want us to write on it
- The amount of your order should not be less than $35.00
